1. WHAT IS THE PASSION CARD?
The PAssion Card is a membership card for members of the People’s Association (PA) including PA Grassroots Leaders (GRLs) and members of Community Clubs (CCs) / PAssion Wave. The PAssion Card is more than just another membership or discount card. It serves the unique purpose of connecting you with your community by offering you a host of exciting and wholesome activities. 2. WHAT ARE THE FEATURES OF THE PASSION CARD?
As the PAssion Card doubles up as an EZ-Link card, the easy contactless payment function of the card enables the payment for:
- CC and PAssion Wave courses
- Transit services (e.g. MRT, Taxi and Bus);
- Motoring charges (e.g. ERP charges, only for 2nd Generation IU);
- Retail and services (e.g. 7-Eleven, NLB etc)
3. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE PASSION CARD?
Members will get to enjoy great discounts on courses and activities available at all CCs and other PA outlets such as PAssion Wave. Members can also enjoy exclusive discounts at more than 1,800 participating PAssion Merchant outlets.

7. ARE SUPPLEMENTARY MEMBERSHIP FOR CHILDREN ONLY? IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP FEE TO INCLUDE SUPPLEMENTARY MEMBERS?
As a Principal PAssion Cardholder, parents have the option of adding their children who are below 18 years of age as supplementary members to their PAssion Card membership at no cost. NO card will be issued to the supplementary member. With the supplementary membership, the child will enjoy discounts for courses/activities at CCs/PA outlets.
8. IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN WHO CAN BE ADDED AS SUPPLEMENTARY MEMBERS?
No, there is no limit to the number of children who can be tagged to the Principal Cardholder. However, the supplementary member(s) must be the child/ children of the Principal Cardholder with whom they are tagged to and they must be below 18 years old at the point of registration.
9. CAN I SIGN UP FOR THE PASSION CARD ONLINE?
You can sign up via onePA website at www.onepa.gov.sg. However, Singpass login is required. If you require assistance, please proceed to the nearest CC.
10. CAN I APPLY FOR THE PASSION CARD ONLINE, WHEN CAN I START TO ENJOY THE MEMBER'S RATE AT PA? HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT AND HOW DO I COLLECT THE CARD?
No self-collection is needed as the card will be sent your mailing address within 4 weeks' time. You may start to enjoy the member's rate at PA outlets once online payment for the application of PAssion Card is successful. For online transaction at www.onepa.gov.sg, you will start to enjoy the Member’s rate when you log in and transact for PA courses/ activities as the system recognises you as a Member upon successful application.
Please note that you need to wait till you receive the physical PAssion Card in order to enjoy benefits or discounts at Merchant outlets which require you to produce the card for verification.
Alternatively, you can register for e-membership at www.onepa.gov.sg and show your e-membership at participating merchant outlets to enjoy benefits and discounts.
12. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY PASSION CARD AFTER 4 WEEKS FROM THE POINT OF APPLICATION?The Card should reach you by post within 4 weeks. However, if you do not receive your PAssion Card after 4 weeks, please contact our PA Contact Centre at 6225 5322 (8am to 6pm, Mondays to Sundays, closed on Public Holidays and 8am to 1pm on Eve of Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year) for further assistance. Alternatively, you may also submit your feedback via www.pa.gov.sg/feedback.
13. IS MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERABLE?
Membership is non-transferable.
14. WHAT IS THE COST FOR CARD REPLACEMENT?
You will be charged a fee of $7.50 (inclusive of GST) or such other sum as may be determined by PA from time to time for a replacement card in the event that you lost or damage your card.

You can update your contact preferences via www.onepa.gov.sg so that you can receive the latest offers and privileges. Singpass login for authentication purposes is required.
If you require a physical card, you can renew your PAssion Card Membership at the CC or online at www.onepa.gov.sg as early as up to 24 months before the expiry date.
17. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Please call the PA Contact Centre at 6225 5322 (8am to 6pm, Mondays to Sundays, closed on Public Holidays and 8am to 1pm on Eve of Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year) for assistance.
Step 1: Report your lost card
Provide your name, NRIC/FIN/Passport number, date of birth, contact number, and address for verification. The PA Contact Centre will liaise with SimplyGo Pte Ltd to de-activate your card and prevent misuse. Please note that de-activation is permanent and the card cannot be reinstated for security purposes. It will take up to 48 hours from the time of reporting lost card for the EZ-Link function to be blocked by SimplyGo Pte Ltd.
Step 2: Request for a replacement card
After contacting the PA Contact Centre, please visit your nearest CC to obtain a replacement card at $7.50.
Step 3: Recover any remaining stored value
If your card has remaining stored value, complete the 'EZ-Recover Application for PAssion EZ-Link Card' form at the CC office. SimplyGo Pte Ltd will process your refund within 28 working days upon submission of the completed application form to CC office.
Step 4: Notify the National Library Board (NLB)
If you are a registered NLB user, email enquiry@nlb.gov.sg to report loss of PAssion Card.

19. WILL MY PASSION CARD MEMBERSHIP BE AFFECTED IF I HAD PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED UNDER PASSPORT/EMPLOYMENT PASS AND SUBSEQUENTLY RECEIVED MY SINGAPORE PR/CITIZENSHIP STATUS?
You may continue to use your PAssion Card till it expires. Alternatively, you can choose to terminate and re-sign up for a new PAssion Card Membership with your new Singapore PR/ citizenship status. The current membership fee applies.
20. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO UPDATE ANY CHANGES TO MY CONTACT DETAILS?

FAQs on PAssion e-Membership
1. WHAT IS THE PASSION E-MEMBERSHIP?
The PAssion e-Membership is a new and free e-Membership programme that gives members access to the PAssion benefits and discounts.
You may sign up by logging in with your Singpass at www.onepa.gov.sg.
2. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE PASSION E-MEMBERSHIP?
Members will get to enjoy great discounts on courses and activities available at all Community Clubs (CCs) and other PA outlets such as PAssion Wave. Members can also enjoy exclusive discounts at more than 1,500 participating PAssion Merchant outlets.
In summary, the PAssion e-Membership allows members to:
- Enjoy Members’ Rates and privileges at all CCs and other PA outlets;
- Enjoy discounts/ privileges at over 1,800 PAssion Merchant outlets recruited by PA;

3. HOW DOES THE PASSION E-MEMBERSHIP DIFFER FROM THE PASSION CARD?
PAssion e-Membership is free for members of public aged 15 and above who have Singpass access and are not currently PAssion Members. This membership does not come with a physical card and can be accessed by logging in with Singpass to your Membership profile on www.onepa.gov.sg.
Existing PAssion Members whose cards are expiring will be automatically converted to the complimentary PAssion e-Membership 30 days before the membership expiry date.
If you prefer a physical PAssion Card, you may upgrade to the PAssion EZ-Link Card for $12 (between 18 - 59 years old) or $10 (below 18 years old and above 60 years old) for a 5-year membership via www.onepa.gov.sg.
4. HOW MUCH IS THE PASSION E-MEMBERSHIP?
The PAssion e-Membership is a free membership.
5. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
The PAssion e-Membership is available to members of public aged 15 years and above with a valid Singpass account.
You may sign up by logging in with your Singpass at www.onepa.gov.sg.

7. CAN I STILL SIGN UP FOR THE PASSION EZ-LINK CARD OR PASSION POSB DEBIT CARD IF I AM A PASSION E-MEMBER?
Yes, you can choose to sign up for the PAssion EZ-Link Card at $12 (between 18 - 59 years old) or $10 (below 18 years old and above 60 years old) for a 5-year membership via www.onepa.gov.sg. You are also eligible to sign up for the PAssion POSB Debit Card at any time.
8. CAN I SIGN UP FOR THE PASSION E-MEMBERSHIP AT THE COMMUNITY CLUBS/CENTRES?
Application for the PAssion e-Membership is currently not available over the counter at the Community Clubs/Centres.
9. WHEN CAN I START TO ENJOY PA AND PASSION BENEFITS AFTER I HAVE SIGNED UP?
You may access your PAssion e-Membership after signing up. If you do not see your PAssion e-Membership, please try logging out and signing in again with Singpass.
You can start enjoying PA and PAssion benefits once your PAssion e-Membership is reflected under your membership profile on www.onepa.gov.sg.
To link your PAssion e-Membership to your yuu account, please wait five (5) working days after signing up.
10. IS THE MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERABLE?

FAQs on PAssion Card - NLB Collaboration
1. WHAT IS THIS NLB AND PASSION CARD TIE-UP ABOUT?
From 1 January 2020, all PAssion Cardholders (restricted to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only) are extended the NLB Partner Membership which entitles them to borrow up to TWENTY-FOUR (24) library items with no additional fees or charges. The expiry date of the NLB Partner Membership will correspond to the expiry date of the PAssion Card membership.
2. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE NLB PARTNER MEMBERSHIP?
NLB Partner Membership entitles PAssion Cardholders to borrow up to TWENTY-FOUR (24) library items.
3. DO I NEED TO PAY FOR THE NLB PARTNER MEMBERSHIP? HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE NLB PARTNER MEMBERSHIP?
It is free of charge for all Singaporean/Singapore PR PAssion Members. PAssion Members are eligible to upgrade their existing library membership after a valid login here. For PAssion Members who are non-library members, you may login with your Singpass at the NLB membership registration page to register for the NLB Partner membership.
4. MY CHILDREN ARE PASSION CARD SUPPLEMENTARY MEMBERS. HOW CAN THEY ENJOY NLB PARTNER MEMBERSHIP?

5. I HAVE A FEW PASSION CARDS (BLACK, SILVER, CO-BRAND CARDS ETC). AM I ENTITLED TO NLB PARTNER MEMBERSHIP PER CARD?
Only 1 NLB Partner Membership per PAssion Cardholder (regardless of type, e.g. Co-branded, Grassroots, Normal Black) is allowed. Regardless of the number of PAssion Cards you have, you are entitled to only 1 NLB Partner Membership based on your NRIC as the unique ID.
6. WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE LOST MY PASSION CARD?
You will need to report the loss of the PAssion Card at both the library and PA.
If you have lost your card, please
a) get in touch with PA Contact Centre at 6225 5322.
b) email National Library Board (NLB) at enquiry@nlb.gov.sg to report the loss of the card.
7. I HAVE LOST MY PASSION CARD AND MADE A NEW ONE WITH A NEW EXPIRY DATE. WILL MY NLB PARTNER MEMBERSHIP EXPIRY DATE BE UPDATED?
Yes, it will be updated to the expiry date of the new PAssion Card 7 working days after receipt of the new card.
8. IF I HAVE A FEW PASSION CARDS, WHAT WILL BE THE EXPIRY DATE OF MY NLB PARTNER MEMBERSHIP?
The expiry date of your NLB Partner Membership will be based on the card that provides the latest possible expiry date. So, for example, if you have one PAssion Card that expires in February 2028 and another PAssion Card that lasts till August 2027, then the expiry date of your NLB Partner Membership will be taken as February 2028.
9. CAN I USE MY PASSION CARD TO COLLECT BOOK/AV RESERVATIONS?
Yes, you can collect reserved items at the Reservation Lockers.
10. CAN I USE MY PASSION CARD TO PAY FINES?
Yes, you can pay your fines at the Book Borrowing Stations or Reservation Lockers, or online at www.nlb.gov.sg.
11. CAN I STILL ENJOY THE PRIVILEGES OF AN NLB PARTNER MEMBER, IF I USE OTHER FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION BESIDES THE PASSION CARD?
Yes, you will still enjoy the same privileges but the identification that you use must be a library compliant card (e.g. NRIC / Passport / Senior or Student ez-link / SAF11B/ Driver’s license / NTUC Link).
12. MY BARCODE FOR PASSION CARD HAS FADED AND IT CAN'T BE SCANNED. WHAT CAN I DO?
You can apply for a replacement card at any CC at $7.50 per card. Alternatively, you can use any library compliant card or download the NLB Mobile app to continue to borrow books while you wait for your replacement PAssion Card.
13. I AM A FOREIGNER WITH PASSION CARD. CAN I ENJOY THE NLB PARTNER MEMBERSHIP FOR FREE AS WELL?
Currently, the complimentary NLB Partner Membership is applicable for PAssion Cardholders who are Singaporeans and PRs only. Foreigners can choose to register as a Partner Member. Registration fee will be waived while annual fee remains chargeable. For more information, please visit www.nlb.gov.sg

1. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN PASSION CARES?
All PAssion Members with valid PAssion principal membership are eligible to participate in the PAssion CARES initiative.
2. WHERE CAN I EARN YUU POINTS ISSUED BY PA?
yuu Points issued by PA can be earned at PAssion CARES events/ activities.
3. HOW WOULD I KNOW IF I CAN EARN YUU POINTS AT AN EVENT/ ACTIVITY?

4. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

5. DO I NEED TO BE A YUU ACCOUNT HOLDER TO PARTICIPATE IN PASSION CARES?
You must be a PAssion Member to participate in PAssion CARES.
You do not need to be yuu Account holder at the point of participation but in order to redeem rewards, you will need to sign up for the yuu Rewards programme and link your PAssion Card to your yuu Account on the yuu App.

6. HOW DO I CHECK IF THE YUU POINTS HAVE BEEN CREDITED INTO MY YUU ACCOUNT?
You can check the balance of your yuu Points through one of the following platforms:

7. WILL MY YUU POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes. yuu Points stay valid for 2 years from the date of points awarded.
8. I DO NOT HAVE A PASSION CARD. HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR ONE?
You can sign up for the PAssion eCard or the PAssion EZ-Link Card via www.onepa.gov.sg, or visit any Community Club/Centre to sign up for the PAssion EZ-Link Card.

9.HOW MANY YUU POINTS WILL I EARN AT EACH PASSION CARES EVENT/ ACTIVITY?
You will be issued 10 yuu Points for your participation at PAssion CARES event/ activity.
For every yuu Points issued to PAssion Members, our partners, POSB and yuu Rewards Club, will match the number of yuu points towards a good cause.
You can only earn from your 1st participation per day as the issuance of yuu Points is capped at 1 event/ activity per cardholder per day.
10. I HAVE MULTIPLE PASSION CARDS. WHAT DIFFERENCE WOULD IT MAKE IF I USE A DIFFERENT CARD EACH TIME TO TAP?
The yuu Points will only be credited to the first valid PAssion Card that was captured at the PAssion CARES event/activity. Any subsequent taps/scans will not earn you more yuu Points. The yuu Points earned from PAssion CARES will be credited to the same yuu Account.
11. CAN I EARN YUU POINTS WITH AN EXPIRED PASSION MEMBERSHIP AT PASSION CARES EVENTS?
No, you will not be able to earn yuu Points with an expired membership. Do renew your PAssion Membership to participate in the PAssion CARES programme.
12. WHAT OTHER AVENUES CAN I CONTRIBUTE TO THE PASSION CARES PROGRAMME?
yuu Members have the option to donate their yuu Points towards PAssion CARES under the Rewards section in yuu Rewards app. Members can redeem in multiples of 20 yuu Points (worth $0.10) and contribute towards doing good for the community.

1. WHAT IS THE PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD/PASSION SILVER CARD (NON-CONCESSION)?
The PAssion Silver Concession Card/PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) is an initiative under the Action Plan for Successful Ageing. We hope to encourage our seniors to age actively as they enjoy the many benefits and privileges offered by various organisations from the people, public and private sectors. All Singapore Citizens aged 60 and above (or upon turning 60) will receive PAssion Card benefits for free. All Permanent Residents aged 60 and above will continue to be eligible for the Senior Citizen Concession Card (purple) when they apply through SimplyGo.
The PAssion Silver Card programme is a joint collaboration between the Ministry of Health, People’s Association and Ministry of Transport with support from Land Transport Authority. The designs of the PAssion Silver Concession Card and PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) are as below.

2. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD/PASSION SILVER CARD (NON-CONCESSION)?
The PAssion Silver Concession Card combines the existing Senior Citizen Concession Card (purple) and the PAssion Card into a single card for seniors to enjoy greater convenience and access to more benefits and privileges than before. All Singapore Citizens who reach their 60th birthday will be notified to apply for the PAssion Silver Concession Card. A recent photograph is needed when applying for the PAssion Silver Concession Card. After two months of the notification, if no application is submitted, a PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) with no photograph will be issued and mailed to the senior citizen.
• Free PAssion Silver Membership. With this card, Singapore Citizens aged 60 and above will receive special privileges and benefits at Community Clubs, PA Outlets as well as participating PAssion Silver merchant outlets, on top of the existing benefits and discounts given to all PAssion Members (of all ages) at over 1,500 outlets.
• PAssion Silver Concession Card holders can enjoy concessionary fares when travelling on public buses and train services. They can also complete pedestrian crossings fitted with Green Man + at a more comfortable pace.

3. WHY IS THE PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD/PASSION SILVER CARD (NON-CONCESSION) ONLY APPLICABLE TO SINGAPOREANS AGED 60 AND ABOVE?
The PAssion Silver Concession Card/PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) is a government initiative to encourage our Singaporean Senior Citizens to continue staying active, and to provide a platform for the public, private and people sectors to honour and respect our seniors.
4. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CURRENT PASSION EZ-LINK CARD AND THE NEW PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD/PASSION SILVER CARD (NON-CONCESSION)?
• Age- The PAssion Silver Concession Card/PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) is only for Singapore Citizens aged 60 and above. In comparison, anyone of any age can apply for the current PAssion Card.
• Membership duration- PAssion Silver Concession Card/PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) holders enjoy a free 7-year membership, while current PAssion Card holders enjoy a 5-year paid membership subject to a membership fee.

6. HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD?
For Singaporeans turning 60 years old, you will receive an invitation pack one month before your 60th birthday. You can submit your application online via SimplyGo website or SimplyGo app (Download links for: Apple App Store | Google Play) and at SimplyGo Ticket Offices or SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centres. You can expect to receive the PAssion Silver Concession Card in approximately 2 to 4 weeks from the date of application. If your application is not received by the deadline indicated, a PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) will be issued and mailed to you instead.
7. I HAVE RECEIVED THE PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD. CAN I STILL APPLY FOR THE PASSION SILVER CARD (NON-CONCESSION)?
No. Each member can only hold either a PAssion Silver Concession Card or a PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession), but not both cards.
8. I HAVE RECEIVED THE PASSION SILVER CARD (NON-CONCESSION). CAN I STILL APPLY FOR THE PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD?
No. Each member can only hold either a PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) or a PAssion Silver Concession Card, but not both cards. Should you decide to convert your PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) to the PAssion Silver Concession Card, there are four ways to do so:
(i) You may apply online via SimplyGo website at https://simplygo.com.sg/concession-card-conversion/ or
(ii) Through the SimplyGo app (Download links for: Apple App Store | Google Play), or
(iii) Approach any SimplyGo Ticket Office. You will receive your PAssion Silver Concession Card within 2-4 weeks upon receipt of your application via the above application modes. Your existing yuu Points will be transferred to the replacement card and you can continue earning yuu Points on the replacement card in about 5 working days upon the receipt of the card.
(iv) For an immediate card conversion, you may approach any SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centre, together with your original NRIC, a clear photocopy of the front and reverse sides of your NRIC, and a colour passport-sized photograph (non-returnable) that was taken within the last 3 months against a white background.
Your existing yuu Points will remain in your yuu Account and you can continue earning yuu Points on the replacement card in about 5 working days upon the receipt of the card.
A fee of $8.10 applies for the first conversion, while the fee is $16.10/$15.10* for the second and subsequent card conversion. *Enjoy discounted administrative fee when you apply for your conversion at Self Service Channels such as online and mobile app. Anyone helping you to apply for the card conversion would have to present his or her own original NRIC/Passport in addition to the above-mentioned items.
9. WHY AM I UNABLE TO REVERT TO THE SENIOR CITIZEN CONCESSION CARD (PURPLE) ONCE I HAVE APPLIED FOR THE PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD OR PASSION SILVER CARD (NON-CONCESSION)?
Since December 2016, the PAssion Silver Concession Card/PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) has replaced the Senior Citizen Concession Card (purple) for Singapore Citizens aged 60 years and above. The PAssion Silver Concession Card has the same function as the Senior Citizen Concession Card (purple) as it entitles you to concessionary fares on public transport. Please note that if you opt for the PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession), adult fares will be deducted. In addition, the PAssion Silver Concession Card/PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) allows you to enjoy special privileges and benefits at Community Clubs, PA Outlets and participating merchant outlets.
Permanent Residents (PRs) aged 60 years and above can continue to apply for and use the Senior Citizen Concession Card (purple).
10. HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD?
You will need to bring along your new PAssion Silver Concession Card and original NRIC, (and visit any SimplyGo Ticket Office or SimplyGo Ticketing Service Cente to activate your card.
11. WILL MY NEW PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD BE ON AUTO TOP-UP BY BANK GIRO OR CREDIT CARD AUTOMATICALLY?
No. Please re-apply as follows:
(i) For Auto Top-Up by Bank GIRO (for POSB or DBS bank account), you may apply and link your new PAssion Silver Concession Card instantaneously at any General Ticketing Machine.
(ii) For Auto Top-Up by Credit Card, please apply via SimplyGo app.
12. WHY MUST I GO TO A SIMPLYGO TICKET OFFICE TO ACTIVATE MY PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD? WHY IS THE ACTIVATION PROCESS NOT AUTOMATIC?
This is a standard practice for the activation of all concession cards. Having the card holder activate the PAssion Silver Concession Card personally prevents card abuse.
13. CAN I AUTHORISE SOMEONE TO ACTIVATE THE NEW PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD ON MY BEHALF?
Yes. The person helping you to activate your new PAssion Silver Concession Card will have to present his or her own original NRIC/Passport, together with your new PAssion Silver Concession Card and NRIC for verification.
14. WHERE CAN I TOP UP MY PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD/PASSION SILVER CARD (NON-CONCESSION)?
You can top up your PAssion Silver Concession Card/PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) via the following channels (A minimum top up of $10 is required):
• SimplyGo Ticket Offices
• SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centres
• Passenger Service Centres at all Train Stations
• SimplyGo Kiosks, General Ticketing Machines, Top Up Machines, Add Value Machines
• POSB/DBS and OCBC ATMs
• Selected Locations, e.g. 7-11 and Cheers outlets
A convenience fee per transaction may be applicable for some of the above top up modes.
The maximum stored value of the PAssion Silver Concession Card/PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) is $500.
15. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 2 MONTHS SINCE I SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can contact SimplyGo Hotline at 6883 5048 for assistance. The hotline operates daily from 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays).
16. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 3 MONTHS SINCE I RECEIVED THE INVITATION PACK BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PASSION SILVER CARD (NON-CONCESSION). WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please call PA Contact Centre at 6225 5322 (8am to 6pm from Mondays to Sundays, closed on public holidays and 8am to 1pm on Eve of Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year), for assistance.
17. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE MY PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD/PASSION SILVER CARD (NON-CONCESSION)?
For PAssion Silver Concession Card:
You can apply for a replacement for your lost card via:
Online
(i) SimplyGo website at www.simplygo.com.sg/lost-card-replacement, select ‘Senior Citizen / PAssion Silver Concession Card’.

(iv) Visit any SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centre with your original NRIC and a colour passport-sized photograph (non-returnable) that was taken within the last 3 months against a white background. Anyone helping you to apply for a replacement would have to present his or her own original NRIC/Passport in addition to the above-mentioned items.
Please note that a replacement fee of $16.10/$15.10* is applicable.

A lost card report will be filed automatically once you replace your concession card. For security reasons, the loss report is irreversible once it is logged into the system.
The lost card will be deactivated and would no longer be usable even if found. SimplyGo will refund the remaining travel value in your card after the lost card report has been filed. You will need to provide your mobile number to the Customer Service Office at the SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centre, or input your mobile number when applying for the lost replacement via e-Service on the SimplyGo website and SimplyGo app, to process the refund. You will receive a claim number via SMS to collect your refund at any SimplyGo Ticket Office after 7 working days. SimplyGo will not be liable for any misuse before the lost card report is filed. You will also have to inform the National Library Board (NLB) of the lost concession card to avoid any misuse. You may call NLB's helpdesk at 6332 3255. Your existing yuu Points will remain in your yuu Account and you can continue earning yuu Points on the replacement card in about 5 working days upon the receipt of the card.
For PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession):
Please call PA Contact Centre Hotline at 6225 5322 (8am to 6pm on Mondays to Fridays, closed on public holidays and 8am to 1pm on Eve of Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year), for assistance. Alternatively, you may get your lost PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) replaced at your nearest Community Club/Centre (CC). Please note that a replacement fee of $7.50 is applicable. The replacement card will be mailed to you in about 3 weeks.
You will need to complete the 'EZ-recover application for PAssion EZ-Link Card' form available at the CC if there is stored value* remaining in your card. (*EZ-Link Pte Ltd will process the refund within 28 working days upon the submission of the completed application form to CC. The faulty card will be retained by the CC.Should there be any misuse before the card is cancelled, PA will not be liable to issue any refund. You will also have to file a loss report with the National Library Board (NLB) to deactivate your card to prevent any misuse. You may call NLB's helpdesk at 6332 3255. Your existing yuu Points will remain in your yuu Account and you can continue earning yuu Points on the replacement card in about 5 working days upon the receipt of the card.
18. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PASSION SILVER CONCESSION CARD/PASSION SILVER CARD (NON-CONCESSION) IS DEFECTIVE (WHEN CARD CANNOT BE READ AT THE TRANSIT DEVICES)?
For PAssion Silver Concession Card:
If your PAssion Silver Concession Card is defective, you may present the faulty card to the Customer Service Officer at any SimplyGo Ticket Office to obtain a Temporary Card.
This Temporary Card comes with a $5 travel value to help you make your way to a SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centre (TSC) for an immediate replacement and to file a deferred refund for the remaining travel value and unused period of your Monthly Concession Pass (if applicable). The amount will be pro-rated and refunded to you within 10 working days.
Do take note that the Temporary Card is valid for only 10 days. You may also top up the card for use, but adult fares will be deducted. When making your new PAssion Silver Concession Card, the Temporary Card must be returned. If you fail to return the Temporary Card, a $10 fee will be imposed. There will not be any replacement cost for your new PAssion Silver Concession Card if the original card is found to be defective by SimplyGo. Otherwise, an $8.10 replacement fee is applicable.
Your existing yuu Points will remain in your yuu Account and you can continue earning yuu Points on the replacement card in about 5 working days upon the receipt of the card.
For PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession):
You may approach your nearest Community Club/Centre (CC) for assistance if your card is faulty. There is no replacement cost if the card is found to be faulty, else a replacement fee of $7.50 is applicable. The replacement card will be mailed to you in about 3 weeks.
You will need to complete the 'EZ-recover application for PAssion EZ-Link Card' form available at the CC if there is stored value* remaining in your card. For PAssion Silver Concession Card:
For an immediate replacement, you may approach any SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centre with your damaged PAssion Silver Concession Card, original NRIC and a colour passport-sized photograph (non-returnable) that was taken within the last 3 months against a white background.
Anyone helping you to apply for a replacement would have to present his or her own original NRIC/Passport in addition to the above-mentioned items.
You can also file a deferred refund for the remaining travel value and unused period of your Monthly Concession Pass (if applicable) at the SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centre. The amount will be pro-rated and refunded to you within 10 working days.

You can continue to use your existing PAssion Card(s) as it can co-exist with your PAssion Silver Concession Card/PAssion Silver (Non-Concession). You can also continue to earn and redeem yuu Points on the respective PAssion Cards when you have created a yuu Account on yuu App and linked your card(s). However, do note that the PAssion Silver Concession Card/PAssion Silver (Non-Concession) offers better benefits in comparison.

5. I AM USED TO THE PROCESS OF TAPPING MY CARD AT THE CASHIER TO EARN MY POINTS. CAN I CONTINUE TO TAP MY CARD TO EARN YUU POINTS?
You may continue to tap your PAssion Card to earn yuu Points when you make a purchase at selected yuu Partners, namely Cold Storage, CS Fresh, Giant, Guardian and 7-Eleven. Do note that you will first need to download the yuu App and link your PAssion Card before you are able to earn yuu Points at checkout.
6. I AM UNABLE TO LINK MY PASSION CARD CAN NUMBER IN THE YUU APP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

• If you see the above error message, it is possible that you have entered the wrong CAN/LID Number. Please refer to the back of your physical card or via www.onepa.gov.sg.
• If the CAN Number you have entered is correct, it could be due to other possible reasons such as the CAN Number has been deactivated, the date of birth does not match or you have just applied for the PAssion Card and the CAN Number has not been activated yet. If your date of birth is incorrect and you have Singpass login, you can log in using Singpass via www.onepa.gov.sg, go to “Account > Profile”, select the “Pencil” icon on My Profile tab to edit and click on “Retrieve Myinfo from Singpass” button to update your particulars such as date of birth.

7. WHERE CAN I USE MY PHYSICAL PASSION CARD TO EARN YUU POINTS?
You can earn yuu Points by tapping your physical PAssion Card at participating stores CS Fresh, Cold Storage, Giant, Guardian Health & Beauty, 7-Eleven) upon making a purchase, provided that your PAssion Card has been linked on yuu App.
Exclusions include purchases made at airport stores, statutory services and products, newspapers, magazines, tobacco and infant milk formula products.
8. WHERE CAN I FIND MY PASSION CARD CAN/LID NUMBER?
• You can find your 16-digit CAN/LID Number printed on the back of your physical PAssion Card; OR
• Login using SingPass via www.onepa.gov.sg. You may see your CAN Number under your Membership profile under the dropdown ‘My PAssion eCard’.

If you are still unable to retrieve your CAN/LID Number, you may wish to contact PA Contact Centre at 6225 5322 (8am to 6pm from Mondays to Sundays, closed on Public Holidays and 8am to 1pm on Eve of Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year) or submit your feedback via www.pa.gov.sg/feedback for further assistance.
9. I HAVE GOTTEN A REPLACEMENT PASSION CARD. DO I HAVE TO RELINK MY REPLACEMENT CARD, OR WILL IT BE AUTO LINKED TO MY YUU ACCOUNT?
No, you are not required to link your replacement card to your yuu Account. It will be automatically linked to your yuu Account.
10. I HAVE LOST MY CARD AND THE CARD HAS BEEN BLACKLISTED, WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO LINK MY CARD IF I HAVE NOT SIGNED UP FOR YUU ACCOUNT?
If you have not signed up for yuu Account and linked your PAssion Card yet, you will not be able to link the blacklisted card to your yuu Account till you receive a new replacement card.
11. I AM FACING PROBLEMS LINKING MY PASSION CARD TO MY YUU ACCOUNT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The issue you are experiencing may be due to high traffic. In the meantime, you may earn yuu Points by scanning your yuu QR code at checkout with yuu Partners (CS Fresh, Cold Storage, Giant, Guardian Health & Beauty, 7-Eleven except airport stores). For the latest updates, please follow yuu SG social accounts or try again later.
12. I’M UNABLE TO USE MY LINKED PASSION CARD TO EARN/REDEEM YUU POINTS. WHY IS THIS SO?
Do check that your PAssion membership is active and you have linked it to your yuu Account successfully. Tap on the PAssion brand logo at the App homepage and you can see if your PAssion Card is linked to your yuu Account. You will be able to see “Account Linked”.

If you are still encountering issues, please go to the yuu App homepage, tap “Me” at the bottom navigation bar > “Customer Service” to reach out to our Customer Service Team for further assistance.
13. WILL MY YUU POINTS EXPIRE WHEN MY PASSION MEMBERSHIP HAS EXPIRED?
If your PAssion membership has expired, the Points in your yuu Account will remain. The expiry of yuu Points will be based on two (2) years from the date of Points awarded.
14. I HAVE JUST SIGNED UP FOR MY PASSION CARD. CAN I IMMEDIATELY LINK MY CARD TO MY YUU ACCOUNT?
• If you have newly signed up for your card at the Community Centre/Club (CC) or the e-Membership via www.onepa.gov.sg, you may link your yuu Account using your physical card/e-card CAN Number after five (5) working days and start earning your yuu Points on your physical PAssion Card at DFI Retail Group’s participating stores only or via yuu App for all participating partners’ outlets.
• If you have signed up for the PAssion POSB Debit Card / HomeTeamNS PAssion POSB Debit Card, you may link your yuu Account using your card CAN/LID Number after five (5) working days after the bank card has been activated and start earning your yuu Points on your physical PAssion Card or via yuu App.

• If you have signed up for your card on onePA website (www.onepa.gov.sg), you may link your yuu Account using your card CAN Number once you have received your card via mail and start earning your yuu Points on your physical PAssion Card at DFI Retail Group’s participating stores only or via yuu App for all participating partners’ outlets once you have created the yuu Account.
• For existing PAssion Card Members who are converted or renewed to the e-Membership, you may retrieve your e-Card CAN Number via onePA website (www.onepa.gov.sg), and link your yuu Account using your e-Card CAN Number after five (5) working days and start earning your yuu Points via yuu App.

16. HOW CAN I CONTRIBUTE TO THE PASSION CARES PROGRAMME?
yuu Members have the option to donate their yuu Points towards PAssion CARES under the Rewards section. Members can redeem in multiples of 20 yuu Points and contribute towards doing good for the community.

17. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE CREDITING OF YUU POINTS EARNED FOR PURCHASES TO BE REFLECTED ON THE YUU APP?
The yuu points earned through transactions/purchases will be reflected in your yuu Account immediately. However, for promotional campaigns with multiplier points issued by the bank (or other partners/merchants), the processing time can take up to 14 days for the crediting of yuu Points to be reflected in your yuu Account.
Whichever way you earn Points, they will automatically be added to your balance, which will be reflected in your yuu App. Sometimes Points can take up to 14 days to show up in your App after you’ve made a purchase, either in-store or online. Points awarded may not be posted in chronological order.
18. HOW DO I CHECK MY YUU POINTS BALANCE?
In the yuu App, you’ll see your points balance at the top of the screen each time you log in. Tap on “Points Balance” to view your transaction history. The transaction history will show the latest three months transactions only. On some yuu Partner receipts, your points balance prior to the current transaction will be shown.
