Charges$20 per stall (*Peak: $25 per stall)
*1 x table (No skirting / plastic cover provided) est. 1200mm x 600mm
*2 x chairs
* Stall allocation will be determined by the organiser through a number-drawing system on the event day.
*The "Peak" charge applies on days with other events, special event features, or during festive seasons.
ApplicationStall-holder to specify what types of festive related goods they are selling:
  • Henna, decoration items, accessories, food canisters, clothing, etc.
  • Others (to specify)

There will be NO refund of the registration fees if the applicant does not turn up on the day of the event.

Strictly NO dried/pre-packed food/drinks allowed to be sold at event site. 
Requirement 
  • Setup begins from 9.30 AM onwards.
  • ALL items must be removed by 6 PM on the event day.
  • Tablecloths can be of any colour, but please ensure they do not feature any obscene, suggestive, or profane words or visuals.
  • Stall owners selling preloved items must clearly indicate with a 'Pre-loved' notice at their stalls.
Reporting On Actual Day
  • Please bring your proof of registration receipt and IC on the day of the event.
  • Applicants may proceed to set up their stalls once their stalls have been assigned.
Electrical Outlets/Power
  • Electrical outlets or power supply can be provided at the event for an additional fee of $5 per stall. 
  • The use of power generators is not allowed. However, portable chargers are permitted for stallholders' use.
Additional Charges
  • Electric Power Point: $5 per stall
  • Chair: $2 per chair

(Please note: Only one electric power point per stall is available. Limited points available. First come first serve.)
Conduct of Trade
  • Subletting of stalls and loudhailers are NOT allowed.
  • Applicants MUST display their merchandise strictly within their demarcated stall area.
Health and Safety
  • Stallholders are encouraged to wear a mask if they are unwell.
  • Please ensure that your stall area is kept sanitised and clean at all times.
  • Keep passageways clear of any obstructions to ensure safety for everyone.
  • Applicants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their area and disposing of refuse in the provided dustbins.
Weather ContingencyThe event will proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions. The flea market will be held in a sheltered area under the void deck to ensure the comfort and safety of all stallholders and attendees.

We recommend bringing waterproof covers to protect your stall and keep them dry.
IndemnificationStallholders are responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance at their discretion. The organiser will not be responsible or liable for any personal injuries, accidents or theft, loss and/or damage to the property on display or to the applicants occurring before, during or after the event.
Rights of the OrganiserThe organiser reserves the right to reject any application.  
Applicants failing to observe the rules or found to be conducting business in a fraudulent or objective manner will be asked to leave. No refund will be given.
The organising team reserves the right to amend or adjust arrangements as deemed appropriate.
Prohibited GoodsThe sale of alcohol, pirated goods, raw food, cooked food, drinks, and other regulated items is prohibited. If an applicant is found selling these items, they will be asked to leave the event. No refunds will be given.
