• Registration and reporting timings vary according to your selected timeslot and pick-up point (approximately 1 to 1 hour 15 minutes before your selected timeslot).
• A detailed schedule, including your reporting time, bus departure time and reporting location, will be shared closer to the event date.
• Please arrive punctually for registration. The bus will depart promptly according to the scheduled departure time. Latecomers may not be able to join the programme.
• Participants who wish to make their own way home after the exhibition may do so. Kindly inform the event staff before leaving.
