Eligibility Criteria

All participants must meet the following criteria:

• Team must consist of 4 to 5 players (3 active players & 1-2 reserves)

• Age: 16 years old and above (born in 2010 or earlier)

• Nationality: At least 3 out of 4 or 4 out of 5 players must be Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents

• Residency: At least 3 out of 4 or 4 out of 5 players must reside within Bukit Panjang Town area

No changes to the registered team composition will be permitted after the registration deadline.

Team Composition

Each team must consist of 4 to 5 players (3 active players & 1-2 reserves)

All teams must comply with the nationality and residency requirements stated above.

All matches will be conducted in accordance with FIBA 3x3 Rules as endorsed by the Basketball Association of Singapore (BAS). Referees and technical officials will be appointed by the BAS Technical Committee.

Registration

The registration fee is $25 per team.

To complete the registration, teams must submit the following:

• Team name

• Player list (4–5 players)

• Endorsed eligibility declaration

No substitutions or changes to the registered team composition will be permitted after the registration deadline.

Reporting & Match Requirements

All teams are required to report at least 45 minutes before their scheduled match.

Players must bring a valid form of identification (NRIC, Singpass, Passport or Student Pass) for verification.

The team captain must submit the team line-up to the table officials at least 15 minutes before the game.

All players must be in proper sports attire and wear covered sports shoes.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams.

General Notes

The organisers reserve the right to interpret the competition rules, resolve disputes and make final decisions on all matters relating to the tournament.

All teams and participants are required to comply with the competition rules, eligibility requirements, reporting requirements and instructions issued by the organisers and officials.
