Eligibility Criteria

All participants must meet the following criteria:

• Age: 16 years and above (born in 2010 or earlier)

• Nationality: At least 2 out of 3 players on court must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents

• Residency: At least 2 out of 3 players on court must reside within the Zhenghua area

No changes to the registered team composition will be permitted after the registration deadline.

Team Composition

Each team must consist of a minimum of 3 players and a maximum of 5 players (3 active players and up to 2 reserves).

All teams must comply with the nationality and residency requirements stated above.

Competition Format

The tournament will be conducted as follows:

• Preliminary Stage: Round-robin group stage

• Subsequent Stage: Double-elimination format, where teams are eliminated after their second loss

The competition format may be adjusted by the organisers where necessary, depending on the final number of registered teams.

Match Rules

Each game will be played with a 10-minute running clock. The first team to score 21 points wins the game. If the score is tied at the end of regulation time, overtime will be played, with the first team to score 2 points winning the game.

The shot clock will be set at 12 seconds.

Scoring:

• Shot inside the arc – 1 point

• Shot outside the arc – 2 points

• Free throw – 1 point

All matches will be conducted in accordance with FIBA 3x3 Rules as endorsed by the Basketball Association of Singapore (BAS). Referees and technical officials will be appointed by the BAS Technical Committee.

Registration

The registration fee is $20 per team.

To complete the registration, teams must submit the following:

• Team name

• Player list (3–5 players)

• Endorsed eligibility declaration

No substitutions or changes to the registered team composition will be permitted after the registration deadline.

Reporting & Match Requirements

All teams are required to report at least 45 minutes before their scheduled match.

Players must bring a valid form of identification (NRIC, Singpass, Passport or Student Pass) for verification.

The team captain must submit the team line-up to the table officials at least 15 minutes before the game.

All players must be in proper sports attire and wear covered sports shoes.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams.

General Notes

The organisers reserve the right to interpret the competition rules, resolve disputes and make final decisions on all matters relating to the tournament.

All teams and participants are required to comply with the competition rules, eligibility requirements, reporting requirements and instructions issued by the organisers and officials.
