Event FAQ
Yishun Clover Seniors Free Haircut – FAQ
Q: I have already registered online. Do I still need to take a queue number at the venue?
A: Yes. Online registration confirms your registration for the free haircut. However, all participants are still required to take a queue number at the venue on the actual day. Haircuts will be provided according to the queue number issued on-site.
Q: Does online registration give me priority in the queue?
A: No. Online registration does not reserve a specific haircut time or queue position. Participants will be served based on the queue number collected at the venue.
Q: Why do I need to take a queue number if I have already registered online?
A: The on-site queue system helps us manage the flow of participants and ensure that the haircut service runs smoothly and fairly.
Q: Can I choose my haircut time?
A: No. There are no fixed appointment timings. Please collect a queue number when you arrive and wait for your number to be called.
Q: Where is the venue?
A: Yishun Clover Residents’ Network, Blk 398 Yishun Ring Road #01-1739, Singapore 760398.
Important: Online registration ≠ queue number.
Please remember to collect your queue number at the venue on the actual day.
