- Only successfully balloted applicants are allowed to make payment for the allotment garden usage.
- Yew Tee Zone 12 RC reserves the right to approve, reject, reallocate, suspend, expel, or debar any applicant, gardener or membr of public for breach of rules, without being required to provide reasons.
