[Yew Tee CCC] Registration & Payment for Yew Tee Day 2026 Flea Market

This registration page is only for vendors who have submitted their interest for the Yew Tee Day 2026 Flea Market via the FormSG and were notified via text and/or email that they have been shortlisted. Registration from those who do not meet this criteria will be rejected and cancelled.

No registration is required for event participants - admission is free! Simply turn up on the day to enjoy the event.

Instructions:

• Please note that form submission and being shortlisted does not guarantee your stall. Payment of the $5 fee must be completed to confirm the stall.
• Please ensure that you fill in all details and complete payment.

Event Details:

• Date: 26 July 2026, Sunday
• Time: 9 am - 1 pm (Set-up from 8 am onwards)
• Venue: Kampong Pavilion (in front of Block 669A Choa Chu Kang Crescent, Singapore 681669)
• Stall Fee: $5 (Inclusive of a designated stall with 2 3ftx3ft tables and 2 plastic chairs)

Terms & Conditions:
- The Organiser reserves the right to change any part of the programme without prior notice or in event of bad weather.
- The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (participants' photos included), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution.
- Stall fee once paid is non-refundable.
