Forum registration, tea break and one-way transport from Yew Tee Community Club to KKH

• Registration fee is non-refundable.
• Slots are limited to 40 participants.
• Registration closes on 13 October 2026.
• This event is for women only.
• One-way transport will be provided from Yew Tee Community Club to KKH Auditorium (Training Centre), Women's Tower, Level 1. The bus will depart at 12:15 pm sharp.
• Please note that your contact details will be shared with KK Women's and Children's Hospital to facilitate a smooth registration process on event day.
