Here’s your chance to share preloved items with the community. Set up a booth to sell your family’s gently used clothes, toys, baby gear, and other kids’ essentials.

The flea market will be held in conjunction with PLAY @ Nee Soon, an event that attracts many young families—making it the perfect opportunity to showcase your preloved treasures!

1. Registration is strictly online via www.onepa.gov.sg.
2. Market Place @ Nee Soon operates with up to 15 stalls. Registration closes once all stalls are taken or by 3 June 2026, whichever is earlier. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Stall registration is $40, inclusive of 1 table and 2 chairs. This fee is non-refundable.
4. Cancellation of stall registration is not allowed under any circumstances after the registration period closes.
5. Stallholders must operate strictly within their designated tabletop area. No extensions are permitted. The organisers reserve the right to remove any extensions at their discretion.
6. Stallholders are not allowed to sell products that contains anything that is against public interests, political interests/political parties, or anything that contains pornography.
7. Stallholders are not allowed to sell food, health products, CDs, DVDs, or services. All items sold must be genuine and not restricted by local authorities. Non-compliance will result in a ban from future Market Place.
8. If stallholders display or sell items not declared in the registration form on the event day, the organisers may reject or remove such items at their discretion.
9. Stallholders are responsible for the safety and security of their displayed items and personal belongings at all times.
10. The organisers will not be liable for any loss or damage to items or belongings.
11. Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited at the stalls for safety reasons.
12. Each stall may use only two chairs, which must be returned along with the table to the designated area after stall closure.
13. Stallholders are not permitted to put up any signage, posters, or banners within the flea market area.
14. The applicant must be present and produce their NRIC upon request in the following situations. No proxies are allowed:
    i. During registration
    ii. Before stall operations
    iii. Throughout stall operations
15. The organisers reserve the right to conduct random checks on stalls at any time during the Market Place @ Nee Soon.
