RULES AND REGULATIONS
- This is an Age-Group Tournament and will be played according to the FIDE Laws of Chess.
- The Tournament is Non-FIDE Rated and will be played on 7 rounds Swiss System.
- Time Control: 20 minutes per player.
- Tie Breaks to be announced before Round 1.
- Entry fee: $25.00 (Inclusive of GST) per participant and lunch will be provided.
- Closing Date: 6th October 2026 or earlier once the maximum sign up is reached. Late entries will not be accepted.
- Participants are required to report at 9.30 am.
- The decision of the Tournament director is Final.
- Toa Payoh West Community Club reserves the right to accept or reject any entry without assigning any reason and to amend the above rules and regulations or part therefore without prior notice.
- The organiser may adjust the number of prizes depending on number of entries.
