Event Name: The Quintet Seniors Connect
Date: 30 September 2026 to 29 September 2027 (Wednesday)
Venue: The Quintet Multi-Purpose Hall
Registration as participant or volunteer is free.
Description:
Through fortnightly get-togethers living in The Quintet and friends, we hope to help our seniors stay active, make friends and have fun. Organised by our very own resident volunteers, each 3-hour session will have senior-friendly exercises, refreshments and hands-on activities, games or talks.
Our first session is on 7 October 2026 (Wednesday), 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, with subsequent sessions on the two Wednesdays of each month, subject to participants' feedback and preferences.
We welcome family members or caregivers to accompany the seniors and have fun together with them.
We also warmly welcome residents to step forward to help in the sessions.
