[The Quintet NC] Brisk Walk at Portsdown & One-North Walk

Time: 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm

Meet-Up Point: Entrance of The Quintet Condominium, Choa Chu Kang Street 64

Two-way bus transport provided.

Participants are requested to bring their own drinking water, sun and rain gear. Members of Yew Tee Brisk Walking Clubs (BWC) are requested to wear BWC shirts if available.

Description:
We will have a discovery walk in the area of Portsdown and One-North. Once a military district during the colonial days, it has been transformed into a modern hub for research, science, media and infocomm, with many destinations for work, live and play.

Nonetheless, it still retains many areas with the old generation vibes that we will visit, including Jalan Hang Jebat with its mosque with its kampung heritage, and Wessex Estate with colonial era black and white apartments and houses. 
We end our walk at Rochester Park / Star Vista for drinks or dinner (at own expense).
