CATEGORY
  1. Mixed Doubles Open*
  2. Men’s Doubles 90, 110, 120*

REGISTRATION
  • Registration ends on 21/03/2025, 23.59pm.
  • Registration fee paid is non-refundable.
  • All players are requested to produce their Identity/Student Card for registration on the day of the tournament.

ELIGIBILITY OF PLAYERS
  • During the competition, 4 out of the 6 playing players must be residents of Ang Mo Kio GRC, Kebun Baru and Yio Chu Kang SMCs.
  • Minimum number of players in each team: 6 players with at least 4 residents.
  • Maximum number of players in each team: 9 players
  • No minimum age for Youth players.
  • Existing National Players are not allowed to join this tournament.
  • Each team may register 1 non-Singapore Citizen residing in Singapore with valid pass as stated below:
    Student / Long Term / Dependent's Pass / Work Permit / S Pass or Employment Pass.
  • *Organiser allows table tennis interest group conveyor to join and will be considered as a resident regardless of the conveyor’s address.
TOURNAMENT SYSTEM
  • All events in the round robin stage shall be played to the best-of-3 games of 11 points each.
  • All events in the quarterfinals, semifinals and finals shall be played to the best-of-5 games of 11 points each.
  • The tournament shall be run in accordance with the latest rules and regulations of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF). Rules and regulations can be downloaded from www.ittf.com.
  • The ITTF approved Double Fish WTT tournament white balls shall be used during the tournament.
  • No white apparels (shirt and shorts) are allowed.
  • All Team Managers/Captains must report to official’s table at least 30 minutes before the scheduled match to collect their team line-up.
  • Teams shall submit the line-up form 25 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Teams whose team line-up are not submitted 10 minutes before the scheduled time will have their line-up pre-filled in descending order according to the team registration list.
  • There shall not be any grace period. If a player is not present for his or her match in a team match, he or she will concede a walkover for that tie and the match will proceed to play the next preceding tie.
  • The name of the team captain, playing or non-playing, shall be designated beforehand to the umpire.
  • Players can only play once every match and shall not repeat to play other doubles segment. i.e. a player who played the mixed doubles cannot repeat to play men’s doubles or mixed doubles masters in the same match.
FIXTURES
  • An open draw of tournament fixtures will be conducted on 29/03/2025, at 6.00pm via Zoom (Details shall be emailed to all participants. All are welcome to witness the draw.)
  • Fixtures and match schedules will be emailed to the participants from 31/03/2025 onwards. Kindly take note that it is the responsibility of the player to check for the latest competition fixture and schedule.
  • There will be no seeding system for this tournament.
PRIZE PRESENTATION
  • The Prize Presentation Ceremony shall be held on 5 April 2025, Saturday at 6:00pm.
  • All prize winners MUST be present personally at the ceremony in neat attire (no singlet, slippers and sandals) in order to receive their prize/s. Player who concedes walkover will not be entitled to receive any prizes.
EVENT CLAUSES
  • The Organiser reserves the right to check and verify participant information and, if any discrepancies are found, to disqualify registered participants and teams.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to change the date, venue, or to postpone or cancel the event any time without prior notice, in which case the Organiser will make effort to inform prior to the date. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recording or any other media records of the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to the Organiser.
  • Event details and information are subject to changes at the discretion of the Organiser. Participants will be duly informed of any such changes.
