I acknowledge that whilst reasonable precaution will be taken by Tampines Summerville RN and our agent(s) to ensure participants' safety, I understand that as a participant, I take part at my own risk. Tampines Summerville RN and our agent(s) will not be held liable for any injury or death arising from participating in the course or for any loss of or damage to my property occurring in the course of the event/activity which is not caused by the negligence of Tampines Summerville RN and its agent(s).
Consent for photography and video recording:
Images may be captured during events organised and hosted by Tampines West Grassroots Organisations, using film/ digital photography, videography or other medium. The materials may be used on our social media or other community related publicity materials (such as Posters, Banner, Digital Display Panel in the lift).
In this context, Tampines West Grassroots Organisations informs all persons taking part in our activities that they may be photographed, filmed, videoed, or otherwise captured in image form. By attending the event, you have been fully informed and consent to the use of your photograph(s), voice, likeness and image in any broadcast of this event and subsequent productions drawn from photo, video or audio recordings of organisers and affiliates’ publication and publicity materials, websites and social media. All recordings, articles, quotes, photographs, films, audio or video and/ or re-production of same in any form, are the properties of the organisers. Tampines West Grassroots Organisations, its affiliates, employees, volunteers, representatives and agents are released from any and all claims, demands, costs and liabilities that may arise from the use of the materials captured at the event and re-productions as described above.
