Timeline:
3:30pm - Bus depart Tampines East CC
4:15pm - Arrives at Palawan Beach
4:30pm - Gather for Warmup and start the briskwalk
5:15pm - End of briskwalk, gather at Sentosa Sensoryscape for a group photo
5:30pm - Gather at bus back to CC at Beach Station Bus Terminal
5:45pm - Bus departs Sentosa
6:30pm - Arrive back at Tampines East CC
