P+ Quotient, we blend psychological and data sciences with the art of play- and insight-full engagement to deliver solutions that empower individuals to thrive and organisations to build thriving teams and P= (positive) cultures.
From workshops and programmes to talks and activities for events, our solutions incorporate science-backed insights and tools packaged in fun, experiential, and memorable ways.
As a Singapore-based social enterprise started in 2023, we have worked with public institutions, corporate organisations, and non-profits to sow mental well-being seeds and empowered 3 to 80+ year-olds to live healthier and fuller lives via the P+ (positive) strengths-based approach.
