K-Kardio Dance
A one-hour dance workout set to K-pop hit music. It incorporates simplified MTV-style moves whilst retaining the original feel, style, and movements of each K-pop song. K-Kardio combines a variety of fitness and dance elements such as aerobics, kickboxing, Hip Hop, Pilates, HIIT, etc.
Zumba® Fitness
A dance workout featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance such as samba, salsa, and merengue, as well as hip-hop. It also incorporates toning movements such as lunges and squats.
