[Tampines Changkat C2E presents CPR(HO) + AED Course]
Date: Friday, 23 October 2026
Time: 2:00PM To 6:00PM
Venue:Tampines Changkat CC, Activity Room 1
Highlights:
a. Principles of resuscitation
b. Procedures and techniques for CPR
c. AED’s functions and procedures to perform on a cardia arrest.
Particpants: Things to note:
- Expectant Mothers will not be accepted to this course due to safety concerns/restriction.
- Participants need to be physically fit as the physical test requires to kneel and perform 180 continuous chest compressions in 120 seconds.
- Participants are required to achieve full attendance to be eligible to take the theory and practical tests.
- Participants are advised to be suitably attired so as to allow unhindered movement during first aid practice. Female participants are advised to wear pants or slacks.
- Participants who are late more than 30-minutes will not be allowed to sit for the course.
- In the event that a registered participant cannot attend, they must ensure a replacement is found and communicated to the organizers
