Event Description
Tampines Central IAEC presents - Expressive Art Jamming with MentalACT
Come chill and engage in guided expressive art therapy with fellow youths ages 18-35! There'll be a workshop on mental health, suicide awareness, mental well-being, as well as expressive arts therapy. You can even bring back your own artwork! Refreshments will also be provided to participants.

Mental is a non-profit community organisation that provides Mental Health services and programmes in Singapore. ACT stands for Advocate, Care and Train which together with Research & Publications, serve as the pillars of action.
