Q: Should I purchase online or onsite?
A: To secure your preferred size and ensure a comfortable fit, we recommend making your purchase online early.

Q: What payment methods are accepted onsite?
A: All payments are to be made online via our onePA website. To access onePA, you will need to log in using SingPass, and payment is only accepted via credit card.

Q: Where can I collect my Dri Tee?
A: You can collect your Dri Tee at the following location:

Venue: Punggol Community Club - Front Office
Address: 3 Hougang Avenue 6, Singapore 538808
Dates: 5-30 August 2026
Time: 10:00am to 8:00pm

Q: I missed the collection period. How can I go about it?
A: You may still join the walk. Upon completing the walk, you then can collect your event tee at the sales booth located at Level 1, PAssionWave.

Q: Will I be allowed to change my Tee size during the collection date?
A: Unfortunately, no. We do not allow exchanges of sizes. Please ensure that you select the correct and most comfortable size when making your purchase online.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: The walk will proceed as planned, and we will provide ponchos for all participants.
However, in the event of a Category 1 lightning alert (CAT 1), the walk will be cancelled for safety reasons.
