Event Description
Taiko Drumming leisurely together with accompaniment of music with light exercise is fun and especially suitable for active seniors.
Drumming and rhythm are powerful tools as they permeate the brain . Light physical movements will reduce pressure to the joints and helps maintain mobility as well as keeping one mentally active.
Music with movements promotes gross motor skills, coordination and creating an outlet for creativity as well as encouraging socialization.
**Suitable for seniors with no underlying health issues or requiring special needs.
