Event Description

This course teaches participants how to identify and handle injuries, apply appropriate bandages to wounds/injuries, manage fractures, sprains, burns and insect bites, as well as CPR/AED.

Eligibility:
  • Only for GRLs/Active CERTs
  • Aged 14 years old and above
Requirements:
  • Participants need to be physically fit as the physical test requires 180 compressions to be completed in 120 seconds while kneeling
  • Pregnant women are not allowed to attend
