Digital S.O.S. (Cyber Wellness Workshop) Build Trust & Healthy Digital Habits Together as a Family

Is your child spending more time online than ever? You're not alone and the risks are real. According to the 2024 Online Safety Poll by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information, 74% of youths have encountered harmful online content, and 45% have reported experiences with cyberbullying or sexual content.

But here's the good news: you don't have to navigate this alone.

Join us for Digital S.O.S., a hands-on Cyber Wellness Workshop designed for parents and children to attend together because the best defence against online harms starts at home, as a family.

What to Expect

In just 1.5 hours, you and your child will:

• Decode common online risks like grooming, cyberbullying, and scams
• Share and hear perspectives in a safe, facilitated group discussion
• Pick up practical digital parenting strategies you can use right away
• Co-create your very own Family Digital Plan to bring home

Time: 3:00pm – 4:30pm
Venue: Buangkok Community Club, Function Hall 1
Who should attend: Parents and their children aged 7 to 12 attending together

Registration is free. Please register for yourself (parent/s) and also for your child as we need to know how many are coming so as to prepare the seats.
