Yin and Unwind is a gentle yoga session exclusively for women, weaving together yin yoga, mindfulness, and self-love. In the stillness, we release tension, quiet the mind, and tenderly reconnect with the body — a soft reminder that you deserve care, rest, and kindness too.
Whether you're new to the mat or returning to your practice, you are warmly welcomed here. Come ready to breathe, reflect, and leave feeling refreshed, restored, and a little more in love with yourself. 🌿💛
