Move better, feel better and connect with your community through Senang Senam!

Senang Senam is a welcoming wellness programme open to everyone aged 17 years and above, regardless of your current fitness or health level. This run will focus on yoga, with guided movements that can be adjusted to suit different abilities.

The programme comprises six sessions held from 8.30am to 9.30am at Hong Kah North Community Club Sheltered Basketball Court. The fifth week will feature a online nutrition talk, helping participants learn more about healthy eating and overall well-being.

Participants will also be invited to complete a questionnaire so that we can better understand their health, wellness needs and programme experience.

For your safety, please declare any major medical conditions, injuries or pregnancy during registration. Certain exercises may not be suitable for everyone, and the instructor may modify the movements according to your needs.

Come as you are and take a positive step towards better health with us!
