| Application | Stallholder to specify what types of goods they are selling:

| Requirement | Set up can be done on event day from 9.30am onwards. ALL items must be removed by 5.30pm on event day. |
| Reporting On Actual Day | Please bring along your receipt and I/C on the day of the event. Applicants can proceed to set up their stall according to the stall table that is pasted with the applicant’s name. |
| Conduct of Trade | Subletting of stalls and loudhailers are NOT allowed.

| Indemnification | The organiser will not be responsible or liable for any personal injuries, accidents or theft, loss and/or damage to the property on display or to the applicants occurring before, during or after the event. |
| Rights of the Organiser | The organiser reserves the right to reject any applications. Applicants failing to observe the rules or found to be conducting business in a fraudulent or objective manner will be asked to leave. (No refund will be given.) |
| Prohibited Goods | Alcohol, pirated goods, counterfeit goods and other regulated items are prohibited. If the applicant is found selling these goods, he/she will be asked to leave. (No refund will be given.) |
