Every Mondays Class (40 slots)- 8pm to 9.45pm
Every Wednesdays Class (15 slots)- 8pm to 9.45pm

Participants are strongly encouraged not to participate in the workout if you are unwell. The Organiser will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss and/or after the Event.
The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (inlcuding those of participants), motion picture, recordings of any other records of the Event, for any legitimate purposes including commercial advertising and distribution to the Organiser.
