Thrift Market (Jointly organised by Braddell Heights Zones A, C and D RN)

Price: $20 per booth (inclusive of 2 tables and 2 chairs)

Registration

• Registration will be processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. This registration is exclusively for Braddell Heights residents.
• The pre-event slides together with the balloted allocations will be sent through email one week before the start of the Thrift Market. Participants will be notified via email.
• Maximum of 2 stalls per email id/person.
• Each registration will be considered as an individual registration and balloting will be carried out as an individual registration
• No clubbing of stalls even if it is registered by the same person using different name/email ids.

Rules and Regulations

• The Organising Committee may disallow the allocation or setting up of any stall which it, in its sole opinion, deems the trade or proposed trade of that stall to be undesirable or unsuitable.  If the Organising Committee decides that such stall is not to be allocated or set up, the Organising Committee may take immediate action to terminate the allocation and setting up of that stall.

The vendor shall also ensure that:

• Any advertisements deemed undesirable by the Organising Committee and/or any authorities are not to be displayed and the Organising Committee reserves the right to take down such advertisements without any notice to the Stallholders;
• Any form of gaming, gambling or unlawful meeting, or keeping any wild animal, reptile or bird in or upon the Fair site or surrounding area or use of the Fair site of any illegal or immoral purpose is strictly prohibited;
• No sale of illegal, pornographic materials and alcoholic beverages
• No sale of food and drinks
• Do explain background of items if residents are interested
• Do place price tag for all items on display
• Do not place things outside of your allocated space
• No electrical source will be provided
• Event organiser is not responsible for any kind of losses including material and financial losses
• Any intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person or entity will not be infringed or violated
• The vendor should sign off in agreeing to our T&Cs

Ballot Rules

• The ballot is conducted using online ballot website lucky-draw.sg
• All your names are included in the list.
• When the wheel is spun, a name will appear as winner. This name will be entered immediately into the Floor Plan spreadsheet with Booth Numbers S1, S2 till S40.
