Indemnity

Participants acknowledge that they voluntarily engage in the outing and assume all risks associated with their participation. By joining the event, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rivervale CC MAEC, its organizers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation, including personal injury or property damage. This indemnity applies to all participants, their guests, and any minors accompanying them.
