Event Description
- Open to all Tamil-speaking students in Primary 6.
- Limited to 5 participants only.
- Each school can register only 2 participants for this category.
- Participants are required to write an essay (in not less than 100 words) based on a topic given on the day, with a time limit of 50 minutes.
- Participants are not required to wear school uniform.
- Participants are not allowed to use any reference materials except MOE approved Tamil dictionary.
- Participants should bring their own stationery (pencil,pen, eraser, sharpener, ruler). Writing paper will be provided by the organizer.
- Only participating students will be allowed into the competition area.
- Winners will be chosen based on content, creativity, writing and language proficiency.
- Judges’ and Organisers’ decisions are final.
- Participants must arrive at Potong Pasir CC 30 minutes before the competition begins to register their attendance.
