Event Description
- Open to all Tamil-speaking students in kindergarten 1 and 2.
- Limited to 10 participants only.
- Participants are required to bring newspapers, pencils, colour pencils and crayons.
- No other colouring materials are allowed.
- Competition will start and end at the stipulated time. Additional time is not allowed.
- Judges’ and Organisers’ decisions are final.
- Rules & Regulations may be updated by the organisers prior to the competition.
