PAssion Wave @ Jurong Lake Gardens is proud to be part of Hearts in Motion, in support of the President's Challenge 2026! As part of this event, we will be organising FREE Water Sports Try-Outs that bring individuals, families and communities together in the spirit of active living, inclusivity and community bonding.

FREE Water Sports Try-Outs!!! (Registration opening on 26 Jun 2026 - Friday)
Get ready to dive into the excitement and experience the joy of watersports firsthand at no cost, take in the breathtaking lake views, and make the most of a great day with family and friends

Event Details Date: 25 July 2026 Time: 9.00am – 12.00pm Venue: PAssion Wave @ Jurong Lake Gardens

Various time slots are available for the FREE Water Sports Try-Outs. When registering, please ensure that you select the correct ticket and time slot. If you plan to book other activities, kindly deconflict the timing during registration.

Please note that all participants are required to report 10 minutes before their booked time slot to allow for a smooth check-in process.

Kayak Try-Outs

  1. 9.00am – 9.45am
  2. 10.00am – 10.45am
  3. 11.00am – 11.45am
  4. 12.00pm – 12.45pm
4-Seater Pedal Boat Try-Outs (Each boat can cater up to 4 pax)
  1. 9.00am – 9.45am
  2. 10.00am – 10.45am
  3. 11.00am – 11.45am
  4. 12.00pm – 12.45pm

Pre-Course/Activity Information and Get Active Questionnaire (GAQ)
Please read the Pre-Course/Activity Information and Get Active Questionnaire (GAQ) at https://go.gov.sg/papwgaq before participating in the try-outs.
Rules & Regulations:

  • No rescheduling and/or refunds will be made upon confirmation of payment/booking regardless of inclement weather, lightning alert, PUB tidal gate operation and/or any other emergency.
  • Users must be at least 10 years old and above for Dragon Boat Try-Outs. Children between the ages of 10 to below 12 must be accompanied by an adult above 21 years of age.
  • Users must be at least 7 years old and above for Pedal Boat and Kayak. Children between the ages of 7 to below 12 must be accompanied by an adult above 21 years of age (For Kayak rentals, only double seater Sit-on-Top can be used). 
  • Participants are to put on covered shoes or wet shoes during session.
  • Allocation of kayaks will be done on the day of rental, subjected to availability
  • Double Sit-On-Top Kayak & 4 seater Pedal Boat : Users between 7 to below 12 years must be accompanied by an adult above 21 years (1 adult to 1 child ratio)
  • The timeslot is inclusive of registration, clean up, returning and washing of all equipment.
  • Please ensure you are able to attend the session you are registering for. Refrain from no-show, as you are taking away the opportunity for someone else.
