Vendor Terms & Conditions

Venue: 673 Edgefield Plains, Multi-Purpose Hall
Vendor Fee: $15 per booth
Maximum: 25 booths

By registering for the Flea Market, vendors acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Prohibited Items

The sale or display of the following is strictly prohibited:

• ❌ Food or beverages 
• ❌ Alcoholic beverages
• ❌ Live animals
• ❌ Medicine or pharmaceutical products
• ❌ Weapons or dangerous items
• ❌ Counterfeit or pirated goods
• ❌ Illegal or prohibited items
• ❌ Any other item deemed unsuitable by the organisers or relevant authorities

The organisers reserve the right to stop the sale or request the removal of any item that is deemed inappropriate, unsafe or non-compliant.

2. Booth Registration

• Each vendor is allowed to register for ONE booth only.
• Booths may not be sublet, transferred or shared with third parties without prior approval from the organisers.
• Each registration must be made using accurate vendor information.
• The booth is confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee.
• The $15 registration fee is strictly non-refundable once registration has been confirmed.

3. Booth Setup & Cleanliness

• Vendors are responsible for the delivery, setup, operation, dismantling and removal of their own products, equipment and displays.
• Vendors must keep their allocated booth and surrounding area clean and tidy throughout the event.
• All rubbish must be properly disposed of by the vendor.
• Vendors must not obstruct walkways, entrances, emergency exits or neighbouring booths.
• Vendors must remove all belongings and rubbish at the end of the event.

4. Sales & Payment

• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own cash float for transactions.
• Vendors are responsible for all payments and transactions with their customers.
• The organisers will not be responsible for any loss or damage to vendors' money, goods, equipment or personal belongings.

5. Booth Allocation

• Booth allocation will be determined at the sole discretion of the organisers.
• Vendors may not change or exchange their allocated booth without prior approval.
• The organisers reserve the right to relocate booths where necessary for safety, operational or logistical reasons.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all goods sold comply with Singapore laws and regulations.
• Vendors must obtain any licence, permit or approval required for their products or activities.
• Vendors are fully responsible for the quality, safety and legality of their products.
• Vendors must follow all reasonable instructions given by the organisers and venue management.
• Any vendor who breaches these Terms & Conditions may be asked to stop trading or leave the event. No refund will be provided.

7. Registration Deadline

All registrations and payments must be completed by:

Registration is subject to availability and will close once all 25 booths have been filled.

8. Organisers' Rights

The organisers reserve the right to:

• Reject any vendor application.
• Refuse the sale or display of any item deemed unsuitable.
• Change booth arrangements where necessary.
• Request vendors to stop selling any product that breaches the event rules or applicable regulations.
• Make changes to the event arrangements for safety, operational or regulatory reasons.

By submitting the registration form and payment, I confirm that I have read, understood and agreed to abide by the above Terms & Conditions.
