Terms & Conditions
This event is exclusively for residents of Punggol GRC and Sengkang GRC.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to ticket availability.
Full payment must be made upon registration. Tickets are confirmed only after successful payment.
Tickets sold are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Participants are required to present their GEVME confirmation email/e-ticket for verification on the event day.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Participants are responsible for arriving at their selected pick-up point on time. The bus will depart according to the scheduled timing, and latecomers may be left behind. No refunds or alternative transport will be provided.
Two-way transport is provided only between the designated pick-up point and Universal Studios Singapore.
The organiser reserves the right to amend the programme, itinerary, pick-up arrangements, or event details without prior notice should unforeseen circumstances arise.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves responsibly throughout the event. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
By registering for this event, participants consent to the taking of photographs and videos during the event, which may be used by the organisers, People's Association, and supporting organisations for publicity and promotional purposes.
The organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or personal belongings during the event, except where required by law.
In the event of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the event if necessary.
