What you can sell (pricing range to be kept at $0-30):

• Non-consumable products (e.g. clothes, home living, handicraft, stationery, collectibles and niche items, children toys and items, electronics, etc.)
• Prepacked food items (strictly no food handling or preparation on site. No home-based businesses are allowed to register. All prepacked food items must be packed and sealed from licensed sources. No home-prepared food is allowed)

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR STALLHOLDERS

1. Eligibility
   1. The Little Boss Market is open only to children below 12 years old who are Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents.
   2. Each participating child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the event.
   3. Participation is strictly limited to residents residing in the following Punggol Seaview RN's blocks: Northshore Trio (410A, 411A, 411B), Northshore StraitsView (421A, 421B, 421C, 422A, 422B) and Northshore Cove (423A, 423B, 425A, 425B).
   4. The organiser reserves the right to verify the participant’s eligibility and residential status where necessary.
2. Registration Fee
   1. The registration fee is $5 per stall.
   2. The registration fee is non-refundable, except in the event that the organiser postpones or cancels the event.
3. Postponement or Cancellation
   1. The organiser reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, weather conditions, venue requirements or any other reasons deemed necessary by the organiser.
   2. Stallholders will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable of any postponement or cancellation.
   3. The organiser shall not be liable for any loss, expense, damage or claims arising from the postponement or cancellation of the event.
4. Number of Stalls
   1. Each stallholder may register for and operate a maximum of one (1) stall for the event.
5. Registered Stallholder
   1. The registered child stallholder must be present and actively participate during the event.
   2. The registered stall may not be transferred to another child, family member or friend without the prior approval of the organiser.
6. Booth Operating Hours, Set-Up and Attendance
   1. Booth Operating Hours: 18 October 2026, 10:00am – 4:00pm
   2. Stallholders may begin setting up their stalls from 9:00am onwards and must be fully ready by 10:00am.
   3. Stallholders must be present by 9:30am. If a stallholder fails to report by 9:30am without prior approval from the organiser, the organiser reserves the right to forfeit and reallocate the stall to another participant.
   4. No refund of the registration fee will be provided for a forfeited stall.
7. Stall Allocation, Logistics and Display
   1. No power points or electrical supply will be provided for individual stalls.
   2. Each stallholder may choose either of the following setup options:
      1. Option 1: Use 1 table and 2 chairs provided by the organiser; or
      2. Option 2: Opt out of the provided table and chairs and set up their own booth using their own table, chairs or display materials. Stallholders who opt to set up their own booth must keep all furniture, goods and display materials within the space of one allocated booth, which is approximately the size of a 2 ft x 4 ft table.
   3. Stallholders who opt out of the provided table and chairs will not receive any reduction or refund of the registration fee.
   4. Stall numbers and locations will be assigned by the organiser.
   5. All goods and display materials must be arranged neatly within the allocated stall area. Goods, furniture, display materials and personal belongings must not obstruct walkways, entrances, exits or the flow of human traffic.
   6. Stallholders are responsible for keeping their stalls clean and tidy throughout the event.
8. Pricing and Handling of Sales
   1. Stallholders may price their items from $0 to a maximum of $30 per item.
   2. Parents are encouraged to allow young stallholders to manage their own sales as much as reasonably possible, in order to encourage independence, learning and confidence.
   3. For safety and accountability, parents or legal guardians are advised to supervise and act as custodians for the handling and safekeeping of money and other monetary transactions.
9. Dismantling and Removal
   1. Stallholders must clear their stalls and remove all goods, personal belongings, display materials and furniture brought by them by 4:30pm on 18 October 2026.
   2. Stallholders must leave the allocated area clean and tidy after dismantling their stalls.
10. Prohibited Items
    1. The following items are strictly prohibited from being displayed, promoted or sold at the event
       1. Animals or fish
       2. Fresh flowers
       3. Weapons or any item that is sharp, dangerous or potentially harmful, whether antique or otherwise
       4. Tobacco products
       5. Pornographic or sexually explicit items
       6. Medical or pharmaceutical products
       7. Chinese herbal products
       8. Health or dietary supplements
       9. Weight-loss products
       10. Counterfeit or unauthorised copyrighted products
       11. Religious artefacts
       12. Housing, insurance or financial products and services
       13. Health-related products or services
       14. Any other item deemed inappropriate or unsuitable by the organiser
       15. Subject to organiser's approval: Second-hand original audio CDs and cassette tapes containing sound-only recordings may be sold
11. Responsibility for Goods and Personal Belongings
    1. Stallholders are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their goods, money, personal belongings and any other items brought to the event.
    2. The organiser shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to goods or personal belongings brought by stallholders.
    3. Stallholders and their accompanying parents or legal guardians are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during the event
12. Conduct
    1. All stallholders and accompanying parents or legal guardians must behave in a proper, respectful and orderly manner throughout the event.
    2. Stallholders must not canvass, tout or aggressively promote their goods through shouting, instruments, mechanical devices, gestures, hand movements or any other disruptive means.
    3. Stallholders must respect other stallholders, event staff, volunteers, residents and members of the public.
13. Organiser’s Rights
    1. The organiser reserves the right to inspect stalls and any items displayed or intended for sale to ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
    2. Stallholders and their accompanying parents or legal guardians must provide reasonable information and assistance when requested by the organiser.
    3. Stallholders must comply with reasonable instructions from the organiser regarding stall setup, displays, conduct and safety during the event.
    4. The organiser reserves the right to require any person or item that is deemed unsuitable, unsafe or non-compliant to be removed from the stall or event premises.
    5. The organiser’s decision in such matters shall be final.
14. Non-Compliance
    1. All stallholders and their accompanying parents or legal guardians are required to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the organiser’s instructions.
    2. The organiser reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance, including requiring the removal of prohibited items, suspension of sales activities or forfeiture of the stall.
    3. No refund will be provided where a stall is forfeited due to non-compliance.
15. Amendments to Guidelines
    1. The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or event guidelines from time to time when necessary.
    2. Stallholders will be informed of any significant changes where reasonably practicable.
