Calling all entrepreneurs, creators, collectors and home-based businesses! Join us for our Monthly Community Flea Market, happening on the first Saturday of every month starting June 2026.
This vibrant community marketplace is a great opportunity for vendors to showcase their products, connect with residents, and grow their brand right in the heart of the neighbourhood. Whether you are clearing out pre-loved treasures, launching a small business, or sharing your handmade creations, our flea market offers a welcoming platform to reach a lively crowd of shoppers.
Expect a fun and bustling atmosphere where residents can browse unique finds, support local sellers, and discover something new each month.
We welcome vendors selling a wide variety of items, including:
• Pre-loved fashion, accessories and vintage items
• Handmade crafts, artwork and DIY creations
• Collectibles, toys and hobby items
• Lifestyle goods and home décor
• Small business merchandise and unique products
With residents dropping by throughout the morning and afternoon, this is a fantastic chance to meet new customers, promote your products and be part of a growing community marketplace.
Vendor spaces are limited and expected to fill quickly, so early registration is strongly encouraged.

Things to note:
1. Strictly no selling of products that contain anything that is against public interests, political interests/political parties, or anything that contains pornography.
2. Strictly no selling of consumable products.
3. Strictly no selling of counterfeit/inauthentic products.
4. The allocation of the booths is strictly non-negotiable, and the Organisers are not liable for any damage that may arise from your participation in this event
5. Strictly no touting, shouting or bulky items are allowed to be displayed beyond the tables and chairs allocated. Any offenders found will be asked to leave the premises immediately
If any rules are broken, Organisers will have the right to confiscate the items, and the vendor will be permanently banned from future flea markets.

Q: How will the tables be allocated? Can I choose?
A: Each vendor's table will be randomly assigned a spot via an electronic system for fairness, vendors will not be able to change the table before or during the market.
Q: Can I share my booth with others?
A: Yes, there can be multiple vendors at the same booth, however the number of tables and chairs given is limited to per registration.
Q: Can I bring a clothing rack?
A: Vendors can bring a rack if they wish, only if it will not block the walkways or another booth's space. Vendors are also liable for their own clothing racks and potential damage to the racks.
Q: When will vendors be notified of the table allocation?
A: A week before the market, vendors will be added to a group chat where more information on the market will be shared.

You are registering to participate in a Punggol North Youth Network (YN) event where photography, video and audio recordings may occur. By registering for and participating in this event, you hereby consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or for any other such purpose(s) that the Punggol North YN or the People's Association (“PA”), its vendors, partners, affiliates and/or representatives deem fit for its use. You also hereby agree to release Punggol North YN and the PA, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering Punggol North YN’s / the PA’s event premises, you also agree to waive all rights that you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these recorded materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo(s), video(s), or audio recording(s) taken by Punggol North YN or the PA or the person or entity designated to do so by Punggol North YN or the PA. In addition, this event will be monitored for unauthorised recording. By attending the event or entering the event premises, you agree not to make any photo, video or audio recordings or digitise any parts of the event and/or event presentation. If you attempt to use a recording device, you hereby agree to your immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of any such recording device in consequence.
