Event Description

This page serves as a registration page for vendors to sign up as a vendor as part of Punggol Coast YN's Esports Arena on 20 & 21 June 2026.

Terms & Conditions:
  • Organisers shall not be liable for any loss or damage or injury whatsoever to the exhibitors or any property of the exhibitor or to the persons or properties of the exhibitors officers, agents, employees, helpers, family members or contractors whether attributable to accident, fire, theft, mishap or any other cause whatsoever, while participating (including setting up and dismantling).
  • Vendors who require a larger set up may purchase up to three (3) 6 by 6 ft booths. The maximum booths allowed per vendor is three (3).
  • Exhibitors shall not sublet or transfer their unit area. If an exhibitor sublets their unit area, the new exhibitor will not be allowed to participate.
  • Exhibitors may only sell products associated with the event. This includes but is not limited to collectibles, fan art, trading cards, accessories related to art and trading cards.
  • Selling goods other than those specified in the registration form is not permitted. Should you wish to add to the list, please contact the organisers before the event.
  • Selling of medicines of any kind and cosmetics will not be permitted.
  • Selling of food and drink items will not be permitted.
  • Exhibitors to exhibit their goods in the area allocated to them. Please be considerate of your neighbours and do not intrude into his/her space.
  • The organiser must approve extra shelving or a rack, or a table used to enhance individual displays (only one of the above will be allowed, provided it is not too bulky).
  • The exhibitor shall be liable for any damage to the event or venue premises.
  • Foreign Domestic Workers (Maids) are strictly not allowed to participate in the event under any circumstances. (eg. Take in-charge for stall, assisting to setup/run the stall, etc)
  • The exhibitors shall be responsible for the delivery, set-up, sales and dismantling of their products and exhibits, as well as cleaning up of any garbage in their respective unit area after & during the event.
  • No refund once exhibitor registers for the said event.
  • Stall Set-up time is between 10am to 9pm on the 19th of June 2026. The event starts from the 20th to 21st of June 2026 from 9am to 9pm. Dismantle is from 9pm to 10.00pm on Sunday, 21st of June 2026.
  • Allocation of the stalls will be at the organisers’ discretion.

All exhibitors to register no later than Wednesday, 17 June 2026
