Event Description
1. CPF Nomination
A CPF nomination allows you to decide who will receive your CPF savings after you pass away. Without a nomination, your CPF savings will be distributed according to the law, which may take longer and may not reflect your wishes.
2. Lasting Power of Attorney
An LPA is a legal document that allows you to appoint someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf if you lose the mental capacity to make decisions in the future. This can include decisions about your personal welfare and finances.
3. Will Writing
A will is a legal document that states how you want your assets to be distributed after your death. Writing a will helps avoid misunderstandings among family members and ensures that your wishes are respected.

*The session will be held in the Tamil language.
