This pilot workshop is a collaboration between HDB and the People's Association, aimed at strengthening community self-reliance and empowering residents to resolve minor home maintenance issues independently. Conducted by RCMA, the 2-hour session will include a sharing segment by Mr Sean Tan, Founder of ilet Pte Ltd, followed by a hands-on demonstration.

The workshop will cover the following topics:

• Sanitary Works Common issues addressed include slow or clogged drains, dripping taps, low water pressure, and mould in toilets and kitchens.
• Electrical Works Topics covered include replacing light bulbs and LED lights, cleaning ceiling fans, and resetting a tripped circuit breaker.
• Door Locks Participants will learn how to replace a door knob.
