Event Description
[REGISTRATION OPENS FOR WEEKLY DRAGON BOAT RENTAL]
This registration link serves only as a booking ballot for PWBR's Weekends Dragonboat Rentals. Registration opens every Tuesday 9am & results of the ballot will be released every Thursday at 12noon in the PWBR DB rental Whatsapp chatgroup. Upon confirmation of successful booking by PWBR staff, Teams to make payments at the outlet on rental date.
Terms of Use
• Teams to make weekly booking ballots through https://go.gov.sg/pwbrdb
• Ballot results will be based on first come first served basis. Staff will release the results in the PWBR DB rental Whatsapp Chatgroup. Do drop us an email at pa_wvbedokreservoir@pa.gov.sg or contact us at +65 97101697
• Upon confirmation of successful ballot, Teams to make payment at the outlet on rental date.
• Each Team is limited to a maximum of TWO (2) booking ballots of any type of DB during peak hours/period. Any additional ballots will be released to other teams for fairness (e.g. 2 x DB22 or 1x DB22 + 1 x DB12 or 2 x DB12)
• Any cancellation of successful ballots should be made known to PWBR team at least 2days prior to the rental date.
• Teams who are found to cancel past this deadline without valid reasons will be given a warning. If such incidents occur again, the team will forfeit their right to make bookings at PWBR as they are depriving other teams of utilising the equipment.
• Team I/C who is making the booking ballot should include his/her name & team name into the booking ballot.
• In the event of any cancellation from the team, the booking will be offered to the next team in line.
• Peak hour is defined as the 9 am to 11 am slots (Weekends),
• PWBR staff reserves the right to decline booking reservations from teams who do not adhere to the terms of usage.
