Event Description
Pasir Ris East Youth Network's Halloween 2026 event aims to reimagine our annual Halloween celebration as a youth-centric experience, moving away from previous editions that unintentionally skewed toward a younger, family audience. This year's event, themed around a dystopian horror carnival, is designed to draw teenagers back into the fold through immersive, interactive experiences that speak directly to their interests.
