Terms and Conditions

1. This event is only open to residents of Parc Centros.

2. Participants are to indicate their age group accordingly during registration. Any wrongful submission of age group may result in denial of entry to Mandai Exploria and there will be no refund due to this. Proof of age may be required by Mandai on the actual day of event:

Adult: 13 to 59 years

Child: 12 years and below

Senior Citizen: 60 years and above

3. The itinerary will be as follows:

10.30am: Gather at Parc Centros Function Room for breakfast (halal, non-vegetarian)

11.00am: Gather for transport to Mandai Exploria

11.15am: Travel to Mandai Exploria

12.00pm: Free and easy at Exploria

3.00pm: Gather for transport home

3.15pm: Travel home

4.00pm: Home sweet home

4. Although Mandai Exploria does not charge for children below the age of 3 years, the child will need to purchase a ticket, as seat sharing on the bus is strictly not allowed.

5. Participants can opt to stay beyond the gathering time. However, they will have to inform the bus IC on the actual day of the event and arrange their own transport back at their own cost. Please note that Rainforest Wild ASIA closes at 9pm.

6. By registering for this event, participants agree that photos/videos taken by the organisers during the event may be used for our publicity.

7. Any person who participates in this event does so entirely at his/her own risk and shall be deemed to have understood the risks and conditions associated with the event. The organiser shall not be responsible for any mishaps, injuries, damages or losses arising from any cause whatsoever during the event.

8. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event if deemed necessary.

Additional Note on Mandai Exploria

9. Unlike Mandai's wildlife attractions such as Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, Night Safari, Rainforest Wild ASIA and Bird Paradise focus on living animals in naturalistic outdoor habitats, Exploria is a fully indoor, nature-themed multimedia experience. Rather than observing wildlife from a distance, you're immersed inside nature's most extreme and hidden worlds through technology — Augmented Reality, reactive screens, motion simulators, and RFID-powered interactivity!
