Terms & Conditions
- This event is exclusively for Parc Centros residents. The organiser reserves the right to verify a participant's residency and may decline or cancel registrations that do not meet this eligibility requirement.
- Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the $2 registration fee. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If the organiser cancels the event, the $2 registration fee will be refunded.
- Registration will commence 15 minutes before the event start time (i.e. 9.45 a.m.). Participants are encouraged to arrive early to facilitate a smooth registration process.
- The organiser reserves the right to amend the programme, speakers, venue, or schedule where necessary.
- Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for publicity, marketing, and documentation purposes. By attending the event, participants consent to the use of such photographs and recordings unless they inform the organiser otherwise.
- Personal information collected during registration will be used by the People's Association (PA) and/or Parc Centros Residents' Network (RN) solely for the administration of the event and related communications, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- The event is intended for general information and educational purposes only.
- Attendance at the event does not include the preparation of legal documents, such as wills or Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), nor does it create a solicitor-client relationship.
- Any legal consultation, will drafting, LPA preparation, or other legal services will require a separate engagement and will be subject to separate professional fees.
- The hosting of this presentation does not imply or constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Parc Centros Residents' Network (RN) or the People's Association (PA) of ARES Legacy, PFP Legacy Singapore Pte.
