As this is a neighbourhood event mainly for residents of Blocks 216 to 218, residents staying at these blocks will be given priority.
Participants are encouraged to wear red and white to celebrate the occasion.
Please arrive 15 minutes earlier for registration and collection of your redemption and lucky draw tickets.
