Acknowledgement of Risk & Consent​

Important Notices

During our events, photography, video and/or audio recording may be conducted for use in our physical and digital publicity materials such as our website, brochures, and social media. If you are attending an activity at PAssion Wave, your photos, videos and/or sound recordings may be taken. If you do not wish to appear in any photos, videos and/or sound recordings for our publicity materials, please notify us prior to the commencement of the activity

Requirements

Certification - Participants must minimally possess a 2-Star Kayaking Award issued by Singapore Canoe Federation (SCF).

Proof of Certification - Please have a digital copy of your certification readily available on your mobile phone for verification at our counter.
If you are unable to present the required certification, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to process your registration

Duration

The program period covers registration, use of the kayak, and the washing and returning of all equipment.

The program will run between 2:30PM to 10:00PM 

Inclement Weather and Cancellation

In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances resulting in the cancellation or early termination of the programme, no refund will be provided.

The organiser reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or terminate the activity at any time should weather or safety conditions deem it necessary.

Meals will not be provided but hot sachet drinks and snacks will be avaiable.
