Lots are limited. Registration is based on first come first served basis. 

Please ensure that you have read and understand the terms and conditions as stated below prior to registration.

 Terms and Conditions
1. Registration is strictly online via www.onepa.gov.sg.
2. The Secondhand Flea Market operates with 150 stalls. Registration will be closed upon the rental of all 150 slots or by 26 July 2026. Registration is on first come first served basis.
3. Registration fee for stalls will be at $25 for a two 3x3 feet tables and 2 chairs; non-refundable. 
4. Cancellation of the stall registration is not allowed in any circumstances after the closure of the registration period.
5. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the Secondhand Flea Market if the venue is unavailable. If the event is cancelled, the stall holders will be notified by email and sms (contact number provided on the registration form). The registration fees would be refunded. 
6. The organizers reserve the right to relocate to another venue and rearrange the stall layout, should the proposed venue be utilized for other purposes. The organizers will, at best, inform the stall holders of the change of location prior to the day of the Secondhand Flea Market whenever possible.
7. Stallholders shall operate strictly within their designated tabletop area only. Extensions are not allowed. Organisers reserved the right to remove the extensions at their discretion.
8. Stallholders are NOT allowed to sell food, health products, CDs, DVDs and services, and shall be responsible for the items on sale to be genuine and not forbidden by any local authorities. Stallholders who do not comply will be banned from future Secondhand Flea Market.
9. Stallholders shall be responsible for the safety of their displayed items and their belongings at all times.
10. The organizers will not compensate or be responsible for any losses or damages to the stallholders’ items and belongings. 
12. ALCOHOL consumption and SMOKING are STRICTLY PROHIBITED at the stalls. This is for the safety of stalls and stallholders during the Secondhand Flea Market Operation.
13. The stallholders are only allowed to use TWO chairs per stall and must return the chairs and tables to the designated area after the closure of their stall. 
14. Stallholders are strictly not allowed to erect any signage, posters or banners where the flea market is facilitated. 
15. The applicant must be present and produce their NRIC (for verification purposes) upon request to the organizers in the following circumstances and strictly no proxies are allowed in any case.
i. During registration
ii. Before operation of stalls
iii. Throughout the stall operation.
16. The organizers reserve the right to conduct random checks on the stall anytime during the operation of the Secondhand Flea Market.
17. Table allocation is on first come first served basis at the point of registration.
