Event Description

Date: 5 July 2026, Sunday
Time: 8am to 5pm (All participants are advice to report and confirm their participation 30 minutes before the start of his/her game)

Game Categories
Men Double, Ladies Double & Mixed Double

Eligibility
  1. Competition is open to all Singaporean and players from the invited Organizations.
  2. Invited Organization can register any number of players.
Competition System
  1. All participants must complete a total of 12 gates before counting their score. At the end of 12 gates, 12 Men & 12 Ladies with the least number of strokes will be selected to play another round of twelve (12) gates.
  2. If the number of strokes is the same, the one with the least strokes in any one gate of the last 12 gates, will be the winner.
  3. If the number of strokes is still the same, the one with the second least strokes in any one gate will be the winner, and so on and so forth.
Rules and Regulations
  1. The IWbF Rules of Woodball (2016 edition) shall apply.
  2. The Organizers reserves the right to schedule/reschedule the competition date and time should there be insufficient time to play or due to other unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Participants are required to play the schedule/rescheduled game as decided by the Tournament Committee and assemble 5 minutes before tee-off at the respective tee-off gate.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to change or amend any of the Competition RULES AND REGULATIONS whenever necessary without prior notice.
  5. In the case of inclement weather and the competition could not be concluded on time, the Organizer shall determine the competition outcome as follows:
  • When more than 50% of the participants have completed their games, the final results will be from those Individuals who have completed their game.
  • When there is insufficient time to conclude the competition on time, the Final Results of the best 12 Individual Male/Female players shall be based on the first round score of 12 gates.
Course Etiquette
  1. Team Captains and Officials are responsible for the proper control and good conduct of their players.
  2. All participants are urged to play in the spirit of fair play and good sportsmanship.
  3. Smoking is strictly prohibited while playing.
  4. No coaching is allowed.
Equipment
  1. Participants are encouraged to use their own Woodball Clubs/Mallets and Balls.
  2. Mallets and Balls are to meet the specifications in the International Woodball Federation Rules of Woodball.
Attire
The attire of players shall be collar T/shirt with sleeves and approved sport/golf shoes. Short pants are not allowed.

Food & Refreshments
Drinks and packet lunch will be provided.

Referees & Linesmen
  1. Players must perform self-scoring on rotation basis.
  2. Referees will only be provided in the finals. Players have the right to check the score with the referee after completion of each gate.
  3. All players must counter-sign the score sheet upon completion of the game.

Gate-In-One Award
  1. 1. Gate-In-One will win $100.00 for the respective gate throughout the competition.
Protest & Appeal
  1. All protests/appeals must be lodged on prescribed form with the Appeal Committee within half an hour after completion of the player’s group game.
  2. A protest fee of $50.00 must accompany each protest/appeal and this fee will be forfeited when the protest/appeal is dismissed.
  3. The decision of the Appeal Committee is final.
Disclaimer
  1. The Organizers shall take all necessary safety precautions but, shall not under any circumstances, be held responsible or liable to any participants, supporters or spectators for any thefts, damages, injuries or misdemeanors during or after the competition.
  2. Organizers reserves the final decision on the interpretation of the above rules. Should there be any unclear matters, Organizer will inform participants separately.
  3. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds due to wet weather or replacement of tickets for participants who are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
