Event Description

Sale of food and beverage are strictly prohibited.
Only sale of plants, gardening related items, eco-friendly and sustainable products or preloved items such as clothes, books and toys are permitted.

Please note that all fees paid are strictly non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and no sub-letting.

Purpose and Goals:
-to provide community gardeners, hobbyists, environmentalist and budding 
entrepreneurs the opportunity to buy, sell and trade their produce, plants and eco-friendly products or preloved items.
-to provide a family friendly place to promote and share green & sustainable initiatives and ideas.

Application Process:
Booth rental details are as follows:
$15.00 per booth (includes 1 table | Size: 4ft by 2ft + 2 chairs)
*Note that as part of our effort in going green, we will not be providing tablecloths.

Applicants can start to set up the booth from 8.00am.
Set up is only allowed on the day of the event. 
All unsold items and unwanted items must be cleared by 2:00pm.

Event FAQ

Prohibitions
- The display and / or sale of animals (including ornamental fish) at fairs is prohibited.
- The sale of any article depicting tobacco brands at fairs is prohibited.
- The MDA requires the temporary fair operator to ensure that every stall selling videos (i.e. videotapes, VCDs and DVDs) at a temporary fair holds a valid video licence issued by MDA. The sale of videos without a valid MDA licence is prohibited.
- The employment of a foreign worker without a valid work permit is prohibited. A foreign worker is only allowed to work for the employer and in the occupation as indicated in the Work Permit card.​​​​​​
