This Festive Bazaar 2026 is a festive fair offering variety of products exhibiting the Indian Cultures such as the Deepavali, Navratri celebrations. and etc. The fair will be filled with fun and performances, kids activities, delicious treats and lots of Indian decorations and gifts to light up the Bazaar atmosphere among our Mountbatten community.

a) All applications are on first-come-first-served basis due to limited slots. Applications are confirmed only upon payment received. We do not entertain any phone booking or/and reservations of the booths.
b) Applicants must provide valid identification and contact information during registration. A space size with a dimension of 7ft by 7ft (able to accomodate 2 3ft by 3ft table) alongside with 1 table and 2 chairs would be allocated to you upon confirmation. *Additional tables will be charged at $20 each.
c) Stalls must be set up according to the provided layout and guidelines. All set up are to be completed by 9.00am on event day and no tear down before event ends at 6.00pm.
d) Applicants are to be responsible on the safety of their own goods and will not hold Organizer responsible for any losses/damages caused. He/She has to ensure stall cleanliness at all time and all the items to be neatly displayed and organised. Prices for items must be clearly displayed as well.
e) Applicants are encouraged to offer fair and competitive prices and shall conduct their sales with due diligence and respect towards everyone in the event. Haggling and negotiations are permitted but to be conducted respectfully.
f) The Organiser reserve the rights to remove applicants for any misconduct behaviours that could disrupt the whole event and affect other stall's businesses.
g) STRICTLY NO COOKING OF FOOD IN THE CC. REGISTER LICENSED. VENDOR MAY SELL PACKED FOOD in compliance to THE STATUTES OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE SALES OF FOOD ACT 1973. (Vendor that would like to sell dry packed foods such as cookies, nuts and chips must also comply with THE STATUTES OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE SALES OF FOOD ACT 1973)
h) STRICTLY NO ILLEGAL/PROHIBITED ITEMS TO BE SOLD AT THE Festive Bazaar.
i) The Organiser RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO DISQUALIFY any applicants that fail to comply to above point (g) and (h) and may be barred from any upcoming events.
j) The Organiser reserve the rights to make changes to the Terms & Conditions at any point of time without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
k) The Organiser reserve the rights to cancel the Fair at any given time in case of any prior bookings/events held at the CC premises. Prior information will be given to the applicant in any case.
l) There is a PARKING facilities at this CC. Vehicles can be parked at the multistorey car parks in the CC .
m) You are only allowed to unload your items at this CC's at the loading and unloading space. Only 2 vehicles allowed one at a time.
n) The Organizer shall have the rights to edit and use all photographs taken for and during this event in any manner deem appropriate, including but not limited to using the photos on Facebook websites, in commercials and any other media.
